My dad accompanied me to get a new hearing aid. We would have missed the date of collecting that piece if we choose to delay our visit. Their holiday is at least 1and half weeks long starting from 23Dec-4Jan.
I was distressed and upset of the outcome of my hearing capacity after the audiometry test.
But I expected the downward trend anyway.
I feel helpless that I can't do much to improve my capacity. I can't even sustain my audio level at the satisfied level.
Sometimes I have been asking myself how it is like to have a normal audio level.
Perhaps getting my task accomplished in a shorter time period?
Perhaps getting the clearer picture of what to do?
Perhaps I would use less of the word 'pardon me'?
Perhaps like what you say, would i still be 'Arif'?
Well, i wouldn't be thinking of all these which are unreachable.
But it does give hope knowing that the better day comes without you realizing it.
I believe that I'd have the perfect piece when I go to heaven one day.

I miss my Mom and Dad and my younger Brother, Anwari.
My dad deliberately gave us the name starts with 'A' for 3 of us.
So we will be one of the first who will be called out as arranged in the class index.

I feel protected here as if every aspect of my life is being taken care of.
I don't have to worry about the lack of my necessities.
I miss the orderliness of the table rules that my family adopts:
No late meals;
3 meals/day;
No grain of rice should be spotted on the plate after meals;
All family members should eat together.
